Our Solution: Samanvaya Trust’s Rural Women Development Support Programs are designed to empower women by providing them with the skills and resources needed to become financially independent. This includes vocational training in areas such as handicrafts, tailoring, and agriculture, as well as access to micro-loans to start small businesses. We also conduct awareness programs on women’s rights, health, and education.

Skill Development for Youth

Intensive process based training to enable students to understand corporate process requirements. The program is divided into 5 components.

Soft Skill Training Program

1. Spoken English
   Over 120 hrs of learning time to student use of spoken English (Including Absolute Grammer). English is also main medium of communication outside the classroom.
2. Intra & Inter Personal Skill
   Designed to increase students ability to successfully operate within structured business environment. Skill developed include time management, listening skills, respect for self & others, conflict management, anger management, recognizing strength & weakness & formulating vision & goals.
3. Computer Usage
   Covering basic MS word, Excel & Power paint as well as Internet usage & Skill Gap Test (SGAP) for students, jointly with HCBM college Jagalur authorities at the college compass. This assessment helps students to get understanding of their skill level & ascertain the employability quotient. It would run with services of transaction & process delivered from the cloud, which would include practical working in corporate environment with workflow, simulation & evaluation.
4. World of work
   Covers the reality of work & workplace, terminology, roles & responsibilities, understanding of organizational structures, interview techniques and successful CV writing.
5. Selling & Customer Services Skills
   From the production to the sales cycle, objection handling & customer care, this component of our program helps student understand the ‘science’ that underpins successful & customer services. Role plays helps students develop selling skills.
