Our first step is to develop and facilitate process that improve & maintain quality life’s in rural areas and empowerment of youth & women of all sections of society.

Samanvaya Trust’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for social transformation by focusing on rural development and the empowerment of youth and women. We are dedicated to developing and implementing processes that address the unique challenges faced by rural communities, ensuring that they have access to the resources, education, and opportunities needed to thrive. 

Our approach is holistic, targeting the upliftment of marginalized sections of society by enhancing their skills, knowledge, and capacities. Creating interest towards agriculture, horticulture & about natural farming by providing training and education to farmers by introducing natural farming technologies like CGNF etc., Optimum utilization of land, water & manpower etc.

Complete process from seed to product under one roof Seed—nursery—planting—cultivation—harvesting—processing—extraction value addition—research and development.

Promoting Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Farming:

• Training and Education: Samanvaya Trust aims to ignite interest in agriculture, horticulture, and natural farming among farmers. By introducing advanced farming technologies like CGNF (Community-Governed Natural Farming) and other sustainable practices, the trust seeks to empower farmers with the knowledge and tools to maximize the potential of their land, water, and labor resources.
• Complete Agricultural Process Under One Roof: From seed selection and nursery management to planting, cultivation, harvesting, processing, and value addition, Samanvaya Trust provides comprehensive support for every stage of agricultural production. This includes a strong emphasis on research and development to continually innovate and improve farming practices.

Employment Generation in Rural Areas:

• Enhancing Employability: By offering vocational and skill development training to women, adolescent girls, and youth in villages, Samanvaya Trust aims to create sustainable employment opportunities. This initiative not only boosts the local economy but also plays a critical role in preventing the migration of individuals, especially women, from rural areas to urban centers in search of work.

Empowering Women through Self Help Groups (SHGs):

• Collective and Cooperative Activities: Samanvaya Trust supports the formation and federation of women’s Self Help Groups (SHGs). By fostering collective and cooperative activities, these groups can undertake various income-generating projects, enhancing the economic independence and social standing of women in rural communities.
